* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Expect major flooding in subdivisions
along the Muskegon River upstream of Evart.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 14.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:15 AM EDT Monday was 14.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 10.7 feet Monday,
April 27.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.1 feet on 03/29/1976.
